Before taking this picture I thought it would look quite nice with the circular dome with the blueprint background. This was pretty hard to take because you couldn't get very close to the dome. I like the time of day I took this picture which was about 6:30-& because in the second picture you can see how it is cloudy and the little bit of sun is trying to come through at the end of the day.
I'm not sure as what I was thinking or going with on this photo because it isn't the most astonishing example of architecture. What I do like although is the patterning my second picture which I thought looked good. Another thing I thought I did well was incorporate the lighting of the Reith on the door that is subtle with the blueprint filter.
I particularly like these photos because it represents something I like. It's not the real Michigan rink but we practice at Dearborn some days so I thought it would be interesting to take some photos of something I enjoy. Again I like the time of the day because of the sun poking through the clouds. This was hard to take because there wasn't many different scenes you could actually do with this location.
Again another set where it doesn't have much important value to it at first look but what I like about it is how I turned it to something good out of nothing. I like the layout of the stairs and how it looks with the blueprint edit. It was again hard to take because it truly is just stairs but it turned out nice.
The reason these photos turned out so good is because how unique the building is. With a blue print filter it looks very good when the building is complex. The one thing I don't like is the lighting in the second picture for it is dull and I should've waited or took it earlier.
